Online session with Yossi Pasher (Management Consulting Consultant – Train the Trainers Senior Expert) and Dr. Edna Pasher (Founder & CEO of Pasher & Associates, Israel). This online interactive session touched upon topics such as ways in which adults learn, the role of trainers as mentors, and how working together helps to succeed.
Another day of our training in Oslo! 
In the morning, we attended an online session “Train the Trainers – Key to success” by Yossi Pasher (Management Consulting Consultant – Train the Trainers Senior Expert) and Dr. Edna Pasher (Founder & CEO of Pasher & Associates, Israel).
This online interactive session touched upon topics such as ways in which adults learn, the role of trainers as mentors, and how working together helps to succeed. Edna and Yossi reminded us that because people (participants) come to the training sessions with a lot of knowledge themselves, it is important to clarify the objectives at the beginning of the training sessions – to get everyone on the same page and meet the needs of the participants.
Then, we had another project working session. We discussed the Modules we want to implement in the training and the structure of the Handbooks for Trainers and for Participants.
