Become a Social Innovation Broker! A new profession of the 21st century!

The “Social Innovation Brokers” training consists of lectures, workshops and mentoring sessions delivered in an “online” format, preparing to work in this new and unique profession.

As a result of the first edition of the project, we trained 50 handpicked social innovation brokers to invent, introduce, organize and disseminate social innovation projects in Poland.

The training was an opportunity to gain unique skills, knowledge, and tools and build a network of contacts. Led by specialists and practitioners with international project experience consisted of of 100 hours of practical lectures, workshops and project work. During the training, participants verified their innovative ideas and work on implementing them.

Who is this training for?

The first edition of the training was addressed to representatives of social and non-governmental organizations, municipalities, counties, and cities – people looking for effective methods of implementing social innovations and cooperation with local communities.

The training was dedicated to people people who have already participated in social projects or intend to do so in the future.

Structure of the training 

  1. LECTURES AND WORKSHOPS

  • Provide knowledge and tools 
  • ONLINE meetings scheduled on Saturdays and during the week in the evenings
  • Training in English
  • Joint project work in groups

  1. NETWORKING

  • Access to an international network of contacts
  • Participation in the “Social Innovation Brokers” Conference (Krakow, 29/30/03/2023). 
  • Networking meetings with other participants to establish relationships and cooperation

  1. MENTORING

  • A series of one-to-one meetings with a Mentor throughout the duration of the program
  • Opportunity to validate innovative ideas
  • Enabling collaboration with experienced social innovators
